    Hi Laura!
I hope all is well on your gallant trek across the continent. We missed you at Ghost Ranch–we hope nothing is amiss. We weren’t too surprised not to see you because of the heavy smoke from the Arizona fires that drifted our way, but please let us know that you are okay!
    Love from Li and Marilyn

    Will follow your adventures Judge

Hey Red! Keeping up with your updates and whereami’s. Think about you every day that I’m working out in the sun teaching people how to ride motorcycles. Yesterday I was training a unit of 10 Force Recon Marines at a basic rider class at NAS Pensacola while the Blue Angels practiced overhead ripping long loud holes in a beautifully blue and cloudless Florida sky. (They fly low enough that you can see the pilots behind the canopies of their F-18s) – and I was envious of you!

Let me know approximately when you will be in Blaine, Wa. If it is between the 5th and 6th of aug I can show around. I grew up in Bellingham, which is a few miles South of Blaine, then in 1975 I entered the Air Force and settled in Crestview, FL when I retired in 1995.

    Safe Trip

    Hey Laura,
Following an old friend on this great ride you have embarked upon. Great that you can do it for kids as well as for yourself.
Be safe and have a great ride.

I am planning a trip to the four corners of the USA as well! I am planning to leave MA in October, going to Maine, then WA, down to San Diego and over to West Palm and down to Key West before heading back up to MA.

Tell me about your FJR; I am planning on getting either a FJR or Kawasaki Concours 14.

Best of luck and be safe and well!

  7. Capt. Larry Bryant (retired) says:

Hi, Judge, remember me from Santa Rosa S.O., you always told me to be careful, when you signed a search warrant or arrest warrant, never forget it, so now, I am telling you “be careful” have fun, when your back in town would love to see you.

    Judge:
I saw the article about you in the Florida Bar News. I had to contact you. Last year I rode my FJR 1300 solo 8,000 miles from Jupiter, Fla to Northern California and back. It was a great trip. Sorry you lost your FJR to a deer. You obviously have lots of road experience, so no advice from me. Just wanted to wish you the best of luck and lots of empty roads. Have a safe ride.
